Over the past 15 years, Barry has played a crucial role in the company’s growth and success, demonstrating exceptional dedication and expertise in various roles. Starting as a Driller’s Assistant in September 2009, Barry’s career has progressed through increasingly responsible positions, including Driller, Supervisor, and Operations Coordinator. Since June 2019, he has been serving as the Operations Manager, where his leadership and deep industry knowledge have been instrumental in driving operational excellence.

Barry completed his Executive Acumen program, which focused on strategic planning, marketing strategy, and other key business competencies. This advanced training has equipped him with the skills to steer Core Drilling Services towards future growth and innovation.
